A.After the order has been placed, we will soon deliver the product to your address. However, details of delivery service are different in different countries. Please read the information carefully before you place the order, thank you! (e.g. Delivery Services are only available in Taiwan’s main island, while remote islands off of Taiwan are excluded. )
- Q2.Can I place an order if I am not in Taiwan?

A.For sure! Whether you live overseas or in Taiwan, as long as you place an order from our website, we will help you deliver fruits from Taiwan to your destination.
- Q3. How long will it take for the order to be delivered?

A.After the pre-order deadline, it will take 2-3 weeks for a series of processes, including packing from the orchard, quarantine procedures, packaging and cross-border air transport or shipping to the local delivery, etc. However, the transport period might be influenced by the weather conditions or company policies. Thanks for waiting.
