EX) Q1. I've put items in cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why is it for?

A. Products kept in shopping cart are not reserved. Other customers can keep purchasing until checkout, so stock may run out before your payment. We recommend finishing payment ly once adding to cart.

EX) Q2. Can I order by telephone or e-mail?

A.Sorry, orders are only available via our Qoo10 website/app. Phone or email orders are not supported currently.

EX) Q3. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

A.First check your tracking number to delivery status. If lost or undelivered, please contact our customer service with your order number, we will assist you to solve the issue.
